MATCHA MAMA — Terms of Service

Welcome to Matcha Mama! By placing an order, booking a workshop, or accessing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Matcha Mama (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates food and beverage services, merchandise retail, and workshops. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders must be fully paid to be confirmed.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Order fulfillment is subject to product availability.

  • Any fraudulent or suspicious transactions may be canceled and refunded.

3. Pick-Up & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for collecting orders on time.

  • For delivery, we rely on third-party couriers — delays and damages caused in transit may be outside our control, but we’ll assist as best as we can.

  • Please store refrigerated items properly upon receipt.

4. Workshops & Event Reservations

  • Workshop bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

  • Fees are non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation by Matcha Mama.

  • Slots are transferable if you notify us at least 24 hours before the event.

5. Health & Safety

  • Allergens: Some items may contain or have traces of dairy, nuts, gluten, soy, or eggs. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies before ordering.

  • We comply with local health and safety standards in food handling.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, content, branding, and product names under Matcha Mama are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any materials without written consent.

7. Return & Refund Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

8. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

  • Abuse, damage, or misuse our brand assets or platforms

  • Engage in fraudulent practices, chargebacks, or false claims

  • Harass or behave inappropriately toward our staff or customers

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided will only be used to process orders, reservations, and communications. We do not share your information with third parties unless required for service fulfillment or legal compliance.

10. Liability

Matcha Mama is not liable for:

  • Improper storage or mishandling of products after receipt

  • Allergic reactions if allergies were not disclosed

  • Delays or issues caused by third-party services such as couriers or payment providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase amount of the order or service in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
