• Cafe Operations Associate (Full-Time & Part-Time)

We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Cafe Operations Associates to join us! 

What We’re Looking For

What You’ll Do

• • Prepare Matcha Mama’s drinks with consistency, care, and attention to detail
  • Welcome customers and provide warm, genuine service
  • Handle cashiering, POS transactions, and customer orders
  • Open or close the store depending on your assigned shift
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the café
  • Restock ingredients, packaging, and café supplies
  • Assist with inventory counts and daily operational tasks
  • Work alongside the team to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations

Role Options & Requirements

Full-Time

• • • 6 working days per week
    • Open to rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
    • Looking for someone who wants to grow with the company

Part-Time

• • • Flexible schedule (minimum hours to be discussed)
    • Ideal for students or those looking for part-time work
    • Must be available to work weekends and during peak café hours when needed

• Social Media & Marketing Intern (Part-Time)

This is a 6-month Part-Time Internship role. Help us grow the Matcha Mama brand through thoughtful storytelling, creative content, and meaningful community-building.

What We’re Looking For

• • Genuinely enjoys creating content and stays up-to-date with the latest trends on social media
  • Creative, proactive, and enjoys pitching new ideas
  • Confident both on and off camera
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and branding
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Excited to contribute to a growing lifestyle brand and community

What You’ll Do

• • Plan and assist in executing community events, workshops, and brand activations
  • Create and prepare content for Instagram and TikTok
    
  • Stay on top of social media trends and translate them into content that feels authentic to the brand
  • Assist with campaign planning, and other marketing initiatives
  • Support the execution of marketing projects and collaborations

Role & Requirements

Hybrid | Part-Time

• • • Work remotely for planning and coordination, with on-site attendance required for content shoots, events, and campaigns
    • Ideal for students or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in social media and marketing
      
    • Duration: 6 months

• Workshop Host (Part-Time / On-Call)

• • Host Matcha Mama workshops and private events
  • Guide guests through matcha preparation step-by-step
    
  • Answer questions and provide assistance throughout the workshop
  • Assist with event setup, cleanup, and coordination when needed

Role & Requirements

Part-Time / On-Call

• • • Paid per workshop or event
    • Primarily scheduled on weekends, holidays, or private bookings
    • Flexible schedule based on workshop calendar
    • Training will be provided before hosting independently
