At Matcha Mama, your happiness matters to us! If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (food & beverages), we are unable to accept returns once items have been handed over or delivered. However, if there is an issue with quality, packaging, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To assist you quickly, kindly provide:

  • Order number

  • Photo of the item(s)

  • Brief description of the concern

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued as:

  • Store credit, replacement product, or cash / credit refund depending on the situation.

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • The product received is incorrect, damaged, or compromised upon arrival

  • There is a valid concern backed with photo/video proof

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind or personal taste preference

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after receipt

  • Late pick-ups or storage-related issues after the advised window

 

Workshops & Event Reservations

Down payments for workshops or special events are non-refundable.

If you can’t make it, you may transfer your slot to a friend — just let us know at least 24 hours before the event.
