Easy Ceremonial Matcha Tiramisu Recipe

This matcha tiramisu has layers of ultra creamy mascarpone filling and matcha soaked ladyfingers. It has that perfectly creamy texture of traditional tiramisu, but doesn’t contain any raw eggs. It’s the perfect dessert to make if you love matcha, or just want a delicious twist on a traditional tiramisu.

My current obsession.

Ingredient list:

  • 1 tsp Matcha Mama Ceremonial Matcha Powder
  • 24 pcs Lady Fingers
  • 1 Cup Mascarpone
  • 1 Cup Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions:

  1. Add 1 cup whipping cream, 1 cup mascarpone and 1/2 cup powdered sugar into a bowl and whip until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. Whisk together 1 tsp Matcha Mama Ceremonial Matcha Powder and 1 cup hot water until combined. Refrigerate to chill.
  3. Lightly dip each lady finger into the ceremonial matcha tea (Do not soak lady fingers as it will get soggy) then line your baking dish with a layer of cookies.
  4. Spread a layer of your mascarpone mix on top of the lady fingers.
  5. Repeat layering until you are satisfied.
  6. Dust with some matcha powder before serving.
